Creating new account

I am new to bookings.com.

I have completed most of the info to list my property, but am having difficulty to sync my calenders, and would like to approve bookings before payment is made as I have had 3 x double bookings with the fist enquiries.

Can somebody assist as to where I can change setting for this

1. You cant screen new bookings.

 

2. Must use a channel manager
