credit card option is not shown in my extranet

i recieved my first invoice but have'nt recieve any way to submit that . and do not found credit card option in my extranet . i have texted booking.com many times but do not get any reply . i am from pakistan please if anyone have contact number of booking.com in pakistan then send me or help me i am panik

Hi Subham,

 

The only payment options for invoices will be on your Extranet > Finance Overview.

 

normally Direct debit setup and bank acocunt info for add it as a PAYEE on your own bank to make a transfer.

If that is all you see there then there is no CC option.

 

But you could try message or phone BdC Partner Support to see if they will take a card payment over the phone.

 

 


Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.

thanks dear . but there is only message option in last stage .and i did that many times but got no reply . now my invoice is overdue and still waitng for their responce and want to add credit card option in my extranet ..

There is no Cc option.
