Customer Care is not changing pin location of my hotel
Hello, I am writing on behalf of Mehmaan Resort, Naltar Valley, Gilgit, Pakistan. Booking.com doesn't show option of marking your location on maps instead they ask to fill the location in the form with the address. I filled the form with correct address but the pin location on maps is not showing correctly. I already tried Extranet and wrote a couple of emails to support. They always respond that their local office would contact me within three working days and I am still looking for the call from the local office after a month.
Kindly help me resolve this issue.
