Hi everyone,somehow in description wasamistake,that ourhouse has one rookonly,thou,wehave 8 bedrooms.Canotfindwheretochange it.Pleasehelp!))

Hi Larisa,

In your Extranet Property tab under Layout you can edit your rooms…

It says that,to change a rooms quantity,i need change a property name,but...
 

Why can't I change the property name?

There are upcoming bookings for this property. You cannot change the property name until all upcoming bookings have been completed.

It means that if it will be booked again,i cannot rename it again...

 Larisa, I guess you have to wait until bookings have been completed…maybe some other partner can help you on this…

Here is how you could change your property description:

 

Correcting information in your description

If any other information in your property or room descriptions aren’t correct, let us know by following these steps:

  1. Log in to the extranet
  2. Click on the Property tab and then click on View your descriptions
  3. For changes to your property description, click on Found a typo? Request a fix and describe the fix you need in the text field that appears below
  4. For changes to your room description(s), click on the Request a correction link below the room you’d like to update, then describe the fix you need in the text field that appears below
  5. When you’re ready, scroll to the bottom of the page and click Request a fix

Your request will go to our Content team, who will then make the changes to your property description. 

 

If this way doesn't work, would you be so kind to send a message to our support team via your extranet so that they could check thoroughly and help you further?

Didem, hope Larisa can solve her problem by herself because unfortunately BDC Support Team is not helping partners anymore…they just transfer our problems and only empty computer replies…

 

Very disappointed with BDC communication….used to be excellent but not any more…Hope somebody can do something about this stressful situation!!!
