desperate for help how to find all the info and actually use the info

I am desparate to talk to someone  but can not find anywhere a contact phonenumber  the " helpcenter" 

is awfull

Perhaps if you try share some details we might be able to assist before you resort to BdC support team?


as I cannot asee a propertylinked in your partner profile, can you please confirm:


1. property is registered, and verify complete

2 property is pending verify code arrival by post

3. already up and running and need hlep with X?

For more general info you can contact one of our main lines for help.


Got a specific financial question?

Call the dedicated  phone number* found in the ‘Financial Overview’ section of the ‘Finance’ tab in your extranet.

Please note that our finance team is available during business hours, Monday to Friday only.

indeed  have no idea how to enter extranet ..... its all a bit " frightning"  what I have let myself in for ...  indeed  I am still waiting for verification code.. 

But nothing that advised me that without this code I can not enter anywhere while bookings were flooding in so fast that I nearly panicked....



Yan, unless you are on a tiny monitor or handheld device, its literally right in front of you on this page , up top right called :


"Go to extranet"


or memorise : and save as a bookmark in browser.


Also install the pulse app on your smart phone.


Once you go into the extranet, use Rates & Avail menu to go to Open/close and close all rooms until you are ready to go live. or set inventory to 0


Also up above this , is Partner Help, under that is Your First Steps.


If you are struggling with this and not very tech savvy, perhaps ask a friend to help you who is. 


As their is no assisted setup service you really do need to read everything First Steps & Solutions and configure your property.

yes i had seen extra net.....  but i could not go anywhere with it when i pressed on it.  also read other comments about extra net from others that it did not work ..... mmmmmm 

Pulse  i have in place  and is working well ... 

As host  is there not a single telephone number we can call too ?
