Do not live at property location so I cannot "confirm it"
I recently bought a condo in Kauai Hawaii. It is a vacation rental and I do not live there, but will go there several times a year. I would like to list on Booking.com and created the property in my account. However, I will not be there to receive the letter. I saw in the documentation to "contact support" in this situation for other ways to verify ownership, but I can find now way to contact them.
do you not have someone local you trust who could check post for you?
have them take a video of the front and the street sign?
then request video alternative and submit the video

To reiterate BrookAve's advice above, if you have a local contact who could check the post for the verification code, or who could complete the video verification process on your behalf, that would be the quickest way of getting the property live for bookings. If not, then please contact the support team following the steps outlined above for alternative options.
