Don't have Sync calendars box above the calendar.

Hi Everyone

I am going to Sync calendars, but there is not this option when I chose an accomodation a single-unit property).

Is there a specific option to get it ?

Hi Aradiasecurite and welcome to the forum. You have to go to your calendars tab and copy paste your url address .

Yeah i have the same problem... i dont have the sync, it only show me an option of edit pricing, and i am in monthly view

In your monthly view in you Calendar in the bottom of the page you should see this....

I cant find the sync function. Has it been removed? If not can someone send me current instructions as I am struggling to do this. Thanks :-)

As far as I can see, you have it. It’s the import and export button. Using your URL address you can synchronize your calendar.

If you can't see the Sync Calendar (or Import/Export Calendar) options check that you have the following all correct:

  • a property with 20 room types or fewer, and a maximum of one unit per room type.
  • a property that doesn’t use XML connectivity services such as property management systems (PMS) or channel managers.
  • a maximum of one active rate plan.
  • a Booking.com calendar view that shows 30 days at once. You can switch to this view under ‘Your Calendar Settings’ in the extranet ‘Rates & Availability’ tab.

I had accidentally put 2 units of the same type in one of my properties. This blocked me from seeing the sync options for all my properties until it was changed to 1 unit. Annoyingly hard to find, but got there in the end.

Does anyone know where I find my clip board as I am trying to sink my calendars and it keeps saying copied to clip board?
