Editing the Fine Print

I am experiencing a high number of no shows. I wish to require a pre-payment to limit this but I am unable to select any of the options in the Fine Print section.

Why can't I select any of the check boxes under the 'Fine Print' section of the policies section?

Dear Alan,

Normally, you should process credit cards and then all your worries are gone. I can do that for you though.

However, you can ask them for a damage deposit (which again you can only collect if they agree to pay it by bank transfer or sorts):

Go to Property -> Policies
