We recently became aware of a technical issue in the extranet that meant the information displayed about your invoice and payment history may not have been up to date. We’re happy to let you know we’ve now resolved the issue, and the status of your invoices and recent payments is now updated.

 

You don’t need to contact us about this. We’d like to reassure you that our internal payment systems weren’t affected at any point, and our records of your invoices and payments remained accurate throughout. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Eliminar propriedade

Gostaria de saber como posso eliminar uma propriedade que já não estou a arrendar. Obrigada

Hello Madeirahideaway ,

You will need to phone Booking.com and ask them. As far as I know, there is no way to delete the property. But you can close all the rooms on your calendar until the end of time.

Olá boa tarde, fiz um cadastro da minha propriedade no site, porém ao efetivar o cadastro aparece com um endereço de um outro estado no Brasil! Não sei exatamente o que aconteceu! Gostaria de saber com mudar ou fazer o cancelamento do cadastro.
