Email notifications

Hi

 

I have had a booking and have not received an email notification.  I only just noticed it on the calendar.  I am sure my email details are correct.  Why was I not emailed?

Very strange that you did not get an email. Call your local BDC office, maybe they can help you.

Is this the first time that this has happened and it worked fine on previous bookings?

Hi have only joined BDC about a week ago. I have received two bookings and neither sent me an email confirming. I will need to contact BDC. How do I do that? Speaking to a person does not seem to be apparent on this site. Thx.

It could be anything really and not necesarry a problem with booking.com - do check your spam folder and if your IP is blocked!

Speaking to a person is dead easy here and you will find the local contact telephone number in your inbox on the portal. Alternatively look/click bottom right and you will find all the numbers ...

Hey Royalmailhotel…,

I recently played around with where the emails go to. When you are logged into the extranet, top right corner on Account there is an option :Contacts. There you can specify who gets emails for what. 

If you want to be notified about reservations, make sure you are listed under Central Reservations and Reservations.
