We’ve resolved an issue with your invoice payment history

We recently became aware of a technical issue in the extranet that meant the information displayed about your invoice and payment history may not have been up to date. We’re happy to let you know we’ve now resolved the issue, and the status of your invoices and recent payments is now updated.

error in email address and other details and cannot get in touch with Booking.com

Dromcloc House has just listed with Booking.com and there is an error in the email address and a change of owners.  The email address is down as *** and it should be ***.Therefore we cannot get booking messages so can someone please help

Thanks for resolving the login email address for *** to *** (1 x 'r') I now have an issue logging into the partner section to manage my bookings as ***has been deleted and *** (1 x 'r') does not exist.

There reset password link is still setup to reset to the incorrect email address with the double r which will not come to the correct email account?

 

Please help
