Dear Sir/Madam

 

I recently joined your company by mistake so can you please remove my name and withdraw all my bookings with immediate effect. 

I had booked a room in basel for my friend but somehow got confused to share the property to other guests too.

This was in capsule hotel which is completely digitalisd . However I don't own this hotel so I can't receive any guests or money for individuals stay. 

I thought this service was for becoming your sub agent and unfortunately everything got out of order.

There I apologise sincerely for causing any inconvenience and want to kindly remove my name as a vendor and your partner for listing this property as my own business. 

Please liaise this message  to all your future guests that I am not the owner of this property so kindly excuse my admission in your system by mistake.

Once again I am very sorry for any misunderstanding which I have caused by registering in your extranet database.

Please forgive me for my mistake and any inconvenience caused.

This is the partner forum, not the booking.com help team, so we are not able to do anything for you but here is advice.

As a first step go into Rates, Calendar - use List view and do a bulk update to set everything to Closed.  At least that way you won't get any more bookings.

Go into the Reservation and contact the Guest and explain and ask them to cancel their booking.

Then search on Help for 'end partnership' for instructions and how to remove listing.

Sounds like a strange thing to do just to let a room to a friend.

Thank you very much for your trouble shooting help to close or terminate my listing with booking.com.

As I said before I joined your organisation by mistake as a co host partnership member but I did not realise that I will start receiving guest bookings for the hotel which is not my property.

I apologise perfusely for causing any inconvenience but I have decided to end this partnership and hence terminated and closed my account for any further bookings under my name.

Please kindly forgive me for causing any unnecessary confusion.

By the way I still could not access a  list view to do a bulk update to set everything closed so can you please re-guide me how to close my account.

Your co-operation in helping me with this technical transaction will be greatly appreciated.
