I recently joined your company by mistake so can you please remove my name and withdraw all my bookings with immediate effect.
I had booked a room in basel for my friend but somehow got confused to share the property to other guests too.
This was in capsule hotel which is completely digitalisd . However I don't own this hotel so I can't receive any guests or money for individuals stay.
I thought this service was for becoming your sub agent and unfortunately everything got out of order.
There I apologise sincerely for causing any inconvenience and want to kindly remove my name as a vendor and your partner for listing this property as my own business.
Please liaise this message to all your future guests that I am not the owner of this property so kindly excuse my admission in your system by mistake.
Once again I am very sorry for any misunderstanding which I have caused by registering in your extranet database.
