We’ve resolved an issue with your invoice payment history

Guest Icon Appears to be Single

How to edit the icon for the guest details. It supposed to be 2guest for that bed however the icon show only 1. Price became double up if guest sees the icon is for one to sleep.
Cant find a right channel to help edit. Please advice.

Hey there,

Are you referring to the icon that you see on Property -> Room details?

I was struggling with it too the other day, so I phoned Booking.com and spoke to a lovely lady who helped me make sure the right Icon was showing. One consultant said it could be done online and the other lady said it had to be done through their call centre.

Maybe ask them when you phone them and post some feedback for us?
