Guests booking

I joined booking.com a month ago.
Since then I keep on seeing guests booking my property 1 night, 2 nights. Ikeep on accepting reservation. But I do not receive any email back.
So keep on putting no-show.
I start thinking that may be I do not know how to use the system properly.
Can somebody tell how the process is ran and what I am suppose to do when I find a booking?
How can I get Help?

I think you should update your policies that the guest is charged something for no shows! I have mine set at 100%!

Also you might want to include a deposit (refundable or non is up to you) when someone makes a booking. I have mine set as 100% upfront as i have had too many problems with no shows but it will scare prospective guests away too.
