had to create a new account

Hello,

 

I am a bit frustrated.

For some reason, I could not login to my account *** 

The password is not accepted. I can also not ask to create a new password.

I can not call anyone, I can not mail anyone and to send a message I have to log in first, which is the whole issue in the first place.

Maybe I should drive to the Herengracht.

Can you please call me on ***

Thanks for your post!

I'd suggest to Reset your Extranet Log in credentials by following these two simple steps:

  1. Click on Go to Extranet in the top right-hand corner of this page.
  2. Click on Forgot your password?, where you can enter your login name and click Create new password to reset it.

Even if you're locked out of your account, you can still click on "Forgot your password"
