Help please - Can not contact Booking.com, can't get property verified!
I have a boutique rural accomodation business. I created the booking.com profile months ago, uploaded photos etc. I have requested the verification letter numerous time however I have not received it. All the post for the property is collected from a local post office, and nothing has arrived. I have messaged Booking.com through my inbox for weeks and have received NO REPLY. I have also called and they have told me that I the local team will be in touch ASAP, still nothing.
My property is listed on AirBnB and is performing well, I have great reviews, I just want to add Booking.com to my channels. I don't know why this is so hard and why I have not been contacted when I have requested help for weeks and weeks now.
What is the alternative way to get my property verified? How can I contact the local office in Australia to assist? The phone number connect to overseas call centres who can do nothing.
