We recently became aware of a technical issue in the extranet that meant the information displayed about your invoice and payment history may not have been up to date. We’re happy to let you know we’ve now resolved the issue, and the status of your invoices and recent payments is now updated.

House in Lava

Good morning My name is Marek ***. I am your partner number ***. I have a house (House in Lava) in Iceland. Mo cottage was blocked because the location could not be confirmed. Unfortunately this is a holiday home and does not have an address. So the mail doesn't reach him. However, access is very easy and simple. A consultant was to report to me to unblock it. Hi Marek,

 

1. No one will contact you. This is partner community, BdC Support team do not monitor and respond.

You must make contact yourself.

Extranet > Inbox > Booking Messages, click on See contact Options to reveal.

 

 

2. Community Guidelines. Do post booking info , numbers, phone numbers, email etc.. Auto moderator will remove them.

 

 

3. Location confirmation can be done using Google maps, take the URL of the pinned location and message it to support team.

 

 

4. Auto Messages & How to Get Here templates

Create a Template for message to Guest for How to Get Here, and include as much detail and steps to arrive safely. In clude the google url or google short url  reference to.
