We’ve resolved an issue with your invoice payment history

We recently became aware of a technical issue in the extranet that meant the information displayed about your invoice and payment history may not have been up to date. We’re happy to let you know we’ve now resolved the issue, and the status of your invoices and recent payments is now updated.


You don’t need to contact us about this. We’d like to reassure you that our internal payment systems weren’t affected at any point, and our records of your invoices and payments remained accurate throughout. We apologise for any inconvenience.



How am I advised about a booking

I have not had any interest in a booking, i dont even know whether my registration as a host has been completed

you can contact BDC through google. And have you received a listing number at all?

You should get information via your email when things are completed, but if it takes more than a week or two I would ring them to see where things are at.

Hermane122 when your listing is live for the first time it takes a little while before first reservation. Once you get your first review you things roll on.

To get booking, complete all the steps and add attractive photos too. Remember not to download picture too.
