How can a host contact support?


I'm a new host on this platform and I have 2 questions:  - there is a listing on the platform that is using my property photos? I'm the owner of the property and would like to report that listing. is this possible? how?  - my property location is awaiting confirmation. is my listing visible for guests before the confirmation? how can I speed up the process of confirmation?

Hello, it would be best to contact our Partner Support team (by phone or message) to assist with your questions here. 


You will find contact details for the support team in the extranet where you can choose to send a message, or access the Partner Support phone number. Both options are available by clicking on the Inbox tab, then choosing ' Messages'. 


You can compose a message to the support team, or find the contact number by clicking 'other options' on the right hand side, and following the prompts.
