how can I change the general information? I will change the title of my property

I am new at booking.com and I have done something wrong in descibing the general information. How can I change it?

Hi! Lillpleym17 and welcome to the forum.

Unfortunatelly you cant. I had the same problem. You have to either send a message to booking.com requesting for changes or call your local office.

I did contact booking.comm thru message and wrote the details that we wont but got rejected. So what is the guideline to make it a correct description that fit with booking.com policies?

Adithra85 did you explain to them that your description is wrong? Maybe you should try to call them and try to convince them that the description is wrong and must be changed. They want changes to be written in bullets for example :change distance town ......

Sorry for your troubles. I had to call them a couple of times until they fixed it.
