We’ve resolved an issue with your invoice payment history

We recently became aware of a technical issue in the extranet that meant the information displayed about your invoice and payment history may not have been up to date. We’re happy to let you know we’ve now resolved the issue, and the status of your invoices and recent payments is now updated.

 

You don’t need to contact us about this. We’d like to reassure you that our internal payment systems weren’t affected at any point, and our records of your invoices and payments remained accurate throughout. We apologise for any inconvenience.

How do I add a room?

Hi

Please can you help me?

I have created a group property as we have three cottages in one place. I have added one property (see photos) but I cannot work out how to add the other two properties within the same ad. Or I can add them as rooms - that's fine too - but can't do that either!

Hi

 

The simple answer is you have two options

 

 

1. Add new property under same account dashboard.

 

Top right, account menu, bottom of menu, Add New Property .

 

 


2. Add room

 

Under property, room details,  click + 

 

Choose Chalet for example, then set count, options etc
