how do I Get rid of Multiple Listings for same Property

I did not understand the setup, so created more than one registation number for the Hotel. And we could not find the hotel setup page so ended up going with apartment setup. Is there a way to fix this Mess? Perhaps a telephone number with a CSR who'll fix it?
