When you say Room Category.. what does that mean? Perhaps check out your rates page to see if something there is what you are looking for:

Log in to the Extranet - Rates and Availability.

If not, Booking.com has amazing staff in their call centres, perhaps give them a call so someone can walk you through it. Rates is not something you want to get wrong on Booking.com. You can reach them this way:
