How to get started - Choosing the best profile picture
They say a picture paints a thousand words. That’s just as true in the Partner Community as anywhere else.
Whenever you comment, a good profile picture gives other partners a sense of who you are, and what your property is like. It’ll help you create a rapport, as well as a positive impression of your business.

Pictures to avoid:

Images of celebrities, animals, landscapes or quotes

Pictures that could be conceived as vulgar, illegal or offensive

Images that could infringe on any copyright
If you’d like to add a picture to your post, click on the image icon. You’ll find it at the top of the box where you write your post. Then choose the file, add a short description of the image and click on ‘Save’.

Hi! I have a problem with my listing's location. Even though the address is correct the pin point on the map is incorrect. how can i change that?
Hi! Nikolaos and welcome to this brand new Partner Community. I had similar problems. I suggest you find your coordinates and send them to booking.com through your Extranet inbox. They will search and find your correct pin point on the map. Wish you all the best.

Hello, I did join booking.com, did send my adress aproovment, tought it is about 3 weeks or more sens but I have no post reply for adress aproovment from booking.com still. Can not find how to conect my banking to booking com as well. There is no easy option I can find yet still, looking, how to contact to booking.com to solve all this questions?

Adolfas Zamalaitis, Booking.com is available 24/7 if you make a call to them for support. You can send a message from Extranet for the approvement of your address, Location Map, Banking, etc. You will still receive the booking and you can create a promotion in the booking.com. In the meantime, you can make your content score to 100%, Upload the picture with a Company logo, Smiling faces as suggested in this topic.
Sometimes they take fewer weeks to confirm all the details of your Property and setup process for online payment etc. Please keep patience and keep on contacting your market manager and inbox from extranet to them.

Unfortunatelly, partners still do not upload profile pictures...
Its like talking to strangers if you cannot see a profile picture. Nobody seems to care...

I too have noticed many profiles have little to zero info set.
The picture should just be an avatar and no pressure to photo their real self. As not everyone is comfortable putting their photo online.
Using a photo of even a unique feature or furniture in property can set a nice unique profile.
More importantly link your booking.com property in your profile.

How to post own created offer templates on booking.com page
In your Extranet find Property tab...scroll down to Message Preference there you can create your templates..
