How to go live?

My property is in status - "Closed/Not Bookable". I have filled EVERYTHING, but cannot find "Go Live" button (as it was said in Help Center). If you have any suggestions, thanks in advance.

MY PROPERTY IS ALSO IN STATUS 'CLOSED/NOT BOOKABLE' I HAVE FILLED IN ALL MY INFORMATION AND NOW GIVEN YOU A PHOTOGRAPH OF THE PROPERTY. I HAVE RECEIVED AN EMAIL FROM YOU SAYING THE PROPERTY HAS BEEN APPROVED BUT NOT ONLINE OR BOOKABLE YET. I HAVE LOGGED INTO MY EXTRANET BUT IT TAKES ME BACK TO THE ORIGINAL FORM I HAVE ALREADY COMPLETED. PLEASE HELP!

Same! Driving me insane! This is the single worst UI of any of the many booking sites I've used. It's reverse engineered and seems to be so to prevent ease of use!

My property is on status open/bookable,but not showing on booking.com when searching.I sent the property live then got a message to continue or skip,mistakenly i clicked the skip button.please help

sick and fedup with this nonsense of not being able to get my property live, removed from permanent not bookable status, unable to speak to someone who can actually fix the problem for my villa caribella #4115651 or #3826244 really need some urgent help plea;se pleeeeeeeeeeease

Have you received your emailed authentication code? If no something is missing.

If yes, how long ago? Have you also received your physically posted code that confirms the address of your property?

I've called and emailed and it's like circular logic. There is no clear way to go live. Does Booking.com want to make money off my property, I wonder? All of yours? Very strange way to conduct something I thought was a business.

Hi Lucinda Carmichael ! Thanks for posting in the Community! There are few things you can check in order to understand why your property is closed:

- check if the Calendar is opened and rates and availability are loaded

- check your inbox (both Extranet and email address) for any emails regarding property closure

- check Home page: maybe your property location needs to be verified before going live - https://partner.booking.com/en-gb/help/first-steps/what-does-property-location-verification-involve

So, you actually send something by paper post/mail? That is astounding when everything is digital and no other hosting site has a need to do this. Please send the code in an encrypted email as I will not be at this property as it is closed until May next year.

However, if you know already that you are not able to be at the property before May, please reach out to our Customer Support to explain the whole situations and see if they will be able to offer you a different solution!
