How to go live on booking.com after my villa was closed

As my villa was closed or not bookable from past 2 months as I was asked to pay the commission for receiving guests. But I never received guests so I had to dispute the invoice and got the commission cancelled .and my property is not verified,how can I verify it and go live in order to receive guests
