How is this possible

My property does not appear in searches, yet it says it is open.

You are still asking for verification of address, after multiple guests have stayed at the property, some of them repeat guests.

Booking.com has also totally failed to get a verification code to me despite multiple requests.

I'm just so fed up with the incompetence of this company and total inability to reach anyone to discuss this with maybe I should just call my lawyer as I would really like to know why a search of my town does not show my listing and why I am so obviously losing a great deal of money.
