We’ve resolved an issue with your invoice payment history

We recently became aware of a technical issue in the extranet that meant the information displayed about your invoice and payment history may not have been up to date. We’re happy to let you know we’ve now resolved the issue, and the status of your invoices and recent payments is now updated.

 

You don’t need to contact us about this. We’d like to reassure you that our internal payment systems weren’t affected at any point, and our records of your invoices and payments remained accurate throughout. We apologise for any inconvenience.

How to see how many people were looking at my ad ?

Hi guy , how can I see the report regarding my AD , like how many people were checking my ad , from where they are ore other information like those ? Thanks

I don't think there is anything, although I have never found it useful.  There is one on airbnb but if you don't get any bookings it isn't worth a lot.

You have posted this on the partner forum so just based on personal knowledge.  Contact booking.com help team using Inbox icon on Extranet or give them a call see link for local phone numbers.

There is a lot of valuable data on Analytics tab.  Year on year analysis etc.

Thank you for your question. Ranking and visibility is one of many areas I specialise in as a Booking.com Account Advisor. 

 

The Analytics tab in the Extranet has a lot of great tools to assess your property listing's performance.

 

I'd recommend the Ranking dashboard. You'll be able to view a number of metrics including search views and conversion. You can compare these statistics against competitors in your region too.
