How to unlock the property bookings has locked due to non-refundable and prepayment policies?

Can someone please advise how to unlock the property that has been disabled currently by bookings due to non-refundable policy, i tried to do this but the options available are not there that i can see to chose non refundable policy, 

I have spent hours on this and trying to find out how to contact bookings on this. How do you contact bookings as it keeps asking for reservation ID?

For account actions   you will need to phone or message BdC Partner Support directly.

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport ***

 

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
