I am a new host at booking.com and not able to reach customer service. I am being victim of fraud and double booking penalties
I am a new host and booking.com booked twice the same room to 2 differents poeple and hit me with penalties. I lost the confirmation number and cannot talk to nobody. Also my prices are very low and I want to change it. I need help please. Thank you
