I am in the process of registering my property, still waiting for the letter form booking.com, its been 2 weeks now. Should I be worried

Hi I have started registering my property, and I am now waiting for the letter so I can finalize my registration, property is in Margate, South Africa,  its been 2 weeks and I still have not received the letter from booking.com,  please advise

nope as it can be up to 5 weeks, then contact for alternative method.

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
