I am unable to register my properties and unable to find support
I get an error message each time I try to register my property. Once I hit the button “Complete your registration” it puts a red line box where my State of Hawaii Registration Identification Number should go. I have tried typing my registration in many different ways and it never works.
I am also stuck as to how to contact customer support to help figure this out. I log into the extranet, but do not see an “Inbox” tab. I downloaded Pulse, but it isn’t sending my phone the confirmation code or calling, I googled a number to call, but you need a guest reservation number, I contacted them via DM on IG, and messages on twitter. Now I’m trying here in the Partner hub.
