I am yet to receive my postcard via mail



I have yet to receive my postcard via mail to verify the address of the property. I recently had an email sent to me which said to contact support. The postcard should have arrived around the 20 November.

Can you please help me and tell me how I can get verified before Christmas?

Is there another process we can go through?

Some months ago they said it could for some take up to 5 weeks.

In general if as you say you have not received it, I would phone BdC support as per below and request Alternative Location Verification method




Please phone BdC Support directly for this type of enquiry. Guide below or :


1) In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.

2) Select ‘ messages’.

3) Click on ‘See Contact Options’

Subtopic : Other, then phone number is revealed on right
