I cannot register my property - how then can I connect to the Inbox?

I’m unable to register my property - multiple attempts get stuck at an error on photos.

As a result when I load the Extranet all I see is a prompt to continue my registration. There is no inbox.

How then can I contact Booking.com customer support? Thanks

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport 

 

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.

I don’t have an inbox. There is no inbox option. You have to register your property to get an inbox. Booking.com won’t let me register my property because of an error on photos that I can’t fix without help, and I can’t get help because I’m not registered.
