I can't find my listing and when i preview my listing , it doesn't show any availablility

I just created my listing on booking.com and i am facing two issues :

 

1- I can't find my listing when i search for it on booking.com

2- When i Preview my listing, it shows no availability.

 

Kindly assist.

Good morning

 

Was waiting for the verification code sent to my complex security gate until now nothing. Security says they have nothing. Who did they deliver to?

 

Can you confirm on above please

Thank you but we will be notified after you send the code for verification.  It's first time, will it be handed to the security guards at the gate or? Would like to know so am aware,how about if there's delay on your side? Hope it doesn't affect us. Thank you

I'm sorry to hear of your troubles getting your new property verified. The available options to verify new properties differs by country, have you asked the support team for alternative options, if you are unable to receive a verification code?  Apologies for the delays here, but the partner support team are the best point of contact to manage this.
