I can't find " rate and availabilty "

Hi,  as I belevied I post successfully my apartment,  I can't find " Rate and Availabilty " in the top user bar. 

As I attached the screen captured ?

Coud you please confirm me that I post my property succeussfully ?

Wow okay, that's a bit strange. Even when Not Verified, the Rate and Availability tab should be there...

Go to the home page, take a screen shot and send it to us so I can check something.

We'll then take it from there...

PS. Do you have a channel manager?

I clic again "Accueil", the rate and availibility still doesn't show

And I also search my property , the message shows " no room available ".

Just for your message : I don't have chanel Manager for a while. I manage invidually each platform. Is there any impact ?

Thanks for responding.

I asked about the channel manager because I thought if you had one, they maybe remove the Rates and Availability tab because they manage it themselves. But if you don't have one then that answers that.

Okay so I have a theory, do you see on your Property tab (Establishment) there is a red circle with a 2 in it. That's indicating to you that two things are missing there. You need to go check what it is.

Perhaps you have no "rooms" and that's why you can't add availability? Maybe see what it wants, fix it, and let us know again?

Hi. I also cannot find 'rates and availability' tab. It is not there ! I wish to change my base rate and there is no where on the site to do this !! Thanks

Hi Aaltje. I gather I am in the extranet. Otherwise I cannot block dates , upload photos etc. I can even change the discounts off the base rate !. only thing I cannot do is change the base rate. its shaded out (blocked out )

I got it, Maurice, sorry about my mishap.

Maybe Leandri Klopper can solve this for you. It looks like she is more advanced with this sort of errors.

Or the help desk if that is quicker.

When I open my extranet I do count 10 different icons or taps in the second row at the top with mid blue background colour . How many do you have?

I have 11 tabs all on one line. Home is 1st, Marketplace the 11th.

My tab of rates and availability is beside the home tab.

and you don't have a channel manager who arranges everything?

I don't have this tab. I have calendar and pricing. No I do my own booking stuff.
