I can't get in contact with my guest

I am trying to get in contact with my guest as they have booked 5 nights and then modified the booking to 4 nights. We had a 5 night minimum. I have been trying to get in contact with my guest but he/she is not responding.

 

I have just joined bookings.com and after this experience I want to remove my property as I was hoping I would be able to connect with  my guest a lot easier but it doesn't appear this way. I have snoozed by property so no further bookings are received.

Hi 

 

  • Update your Partner Profile name form ' Anonymous' to a proper name [nickname, property short name, First name etc] Not cool as you do not get to be anonymous, be professional.  
  • Did you actually enable Guest Info Required in Policies ?  
  • Adjusting the stay , reducing by 1 night. I would honor it, as in this climate we all need the business. Or as we say in Ireland, 'Dont cut off your nose to spite your face'.  
  • Contacting a Guest  -  How long has it actually been since you tried messaging Guest? Alternative is to phone or message BdC Support, as per below to see if they can.  
  • Property Snooze - If you still want to remove , i.e. 'End My Partnership', those keywords will bring up the full guide 
    • 1) In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.

      2) Select ‘Booking.com messages’.

      3) Click on ‘See Contact Options’
