I CAN'T LIST MY PROPERTY - DISABLED ACCOUNT
I've just created an account to list my hotel on Booking.com.
I received an email from Booking.com said that my registration is confirmed but not live yet.
However when I log in my Extranet using my Login Email and Password, it says that
For security reasons this Booking.com account, belonging to this email has been disabled from accessing our products and services."
I tried to contact Booking.com support by phone calls many times but they said my account is blocked by some reasons and they can't provide me the reasons why.
I can't log in Extranet so contacting them by phone calls seems like the only way to ask for help.
Until now it's been months but I still can't list my hotel and also didn't receive much help from Booking.com.
Can somebody help me if you have gone through my case?
