We’ve resolved an issue with your invoice payment history

We recently became aware of a technical issue in the extranet that meant the information displayed about your invoice and payment history may not have been up to date. We’re happy to let you know we’ve now resolved the issue, and the status of your invoices and recent payments is now updated.

 

You don’t need to contact us about this. We’d like to reassure you that our internal payment systems weren’t affected at any point, and our records of your invoices and payments remained accurate throughout. We apologise for any inconvenience.

I can't see a Know Your Partner

Dear Partner

I have got an e-mail to required complete a Know Your Partner form but i could not see where is that to complete. Pls guide me

Hi Nguyen Thi Thu Hien,

If you are an accommodation partner and have not yet completed the 'Know your Partner' form, you will see a banner in your extranet, informing you of the next steps to take. Log into your extranet.

If you are not able to see the banner means that you've either already completed this form or provided enough information when you signed with B.com that no further action is required.
