I can't start to reservation in my page

The last week I start to use Booking.com I coplete all the information in that page, but I can't receive reservations. I have a message "close/can not be reserved". Please help me.

If you go to the "rates and availability" option from the admin portal, do you see that the calendar is up to date set as open/bookable with the price etc?
