i did not receive my active code because of the address they sent to wrong

Dear sirs 

 i have not yet receive my active code i have checked the my contact address 

but you sent to wrong city . how i can chang it or do you have a mail address to help me or telphone no. to chang this mistake ? our correct address is  challenge nv  nieuwstraat 28 3360 korbeek-lo belgium
