I have a problem with one guest review and with provision

Hi everyone! I'm Filip, new one here... 

Booking delete one of my guest review/recension (10).. I don't know why, maybe becouse I late with paying provision?

I'm started before one mount and i forget to pay provision becouse I didn't know 14 days limit.. So can anyone tell me what to do know? Thanks!

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
