I love it when the site seems not working at all.

Keep on receiving emails like this:

You're just a few steps away from registering your property. Simply click the button below to continue and remember it’s free to join, you control your availability and there’s support to solve all your problems 24/7 by phone or email.

Then signed in ,see my previous attempted submissions waiting to be completed. Click and system says: hey, can't find your listing. 


Then a month later, an email looks like this shall come:

Then I will sign in ,see my previous attempted submissions waiting to be completed. Click and system will say: hey, can't find your listing. 


I don't get Bio, physical, human-like consultant/ help/ assistance. This site is cold. I am pretty happy and blessed that Expedia, Trip, AirBnB are so very different.

Yes all the platforms are very different.  Usually you can phone the booking.com call centres but I have found they have removed the phone number from the information I see.  You can email them using the Inbox icon on Extranet, but that depends how far your setup is.
