I need to cancel someone´s booking made for my villa

Hi everyone!

I am very new here and I was still getting my head around this website and settings when someone booked my villa in Bali for 1 week. I thought I actually cancelled the add but today I realized that yesterday someone booked the villa when I already have someone there.

I emailed them but I do not know how they will take it and how to proceed. Any help will be much appreciated PLEASE. I am still learning and I feel so sorry for these people who booked yesterday and now I can´t accommodate them. Thank you so much!

You cannot cancel yourself.  If you can do some investigation and try and find alternative accommodation, then you can suggest that to the guest and they be more likely to cancel.  If you ask to do this they will charge you a relocation fee.

  • Extranet
  • Reservations
  • Reservations Details Page
  • Right Pane, Request To Cancel
  • Choose option 2, submit
  • Wait for guest to receive email with action to confirm

Also, go into Rates, Calender - use List view and Bulk update to mark dates as Closed until you are ready to advertise.
