I Need To Delete A Duplicate Entry

I am just setting up my property details. Yesterday my property listing was unobtainable & I could not access it. My password & log on details were not recognised for it, so I started from scratch & put all the details in again. Today the first set of details are back again & it has been connected to my Channel Manager.

How do I delete the 2nd property listing which is now a duplicate please. It is not live.

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.

Please get in contact with Booking.com Support Team (as above)! You won't be able to remove the duplicate yourself.

Thank you for your help.

The contact telephone number given on my account is unavailable - out of order.  

As a newbie I'm not that impressed that they are not available to speak to.
