Call BdC PartnerSupport

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.

This site is a nightmare to administer. Please get me information on how to cancel my offer from your site.

I'm new to your site and I'm making mistakes in setting and creating the renting price, of course the guest took advantage of this this weekend. They have got accommodation for free, because they were so pushy and crude when I tried to explain about mistakes. Just for one-night sty they caused me big problems, accused me of some defect that happened on their car and called the police (police didn’t contact me or make me any trouble to me, but whole situation was so bizarre). I have been doing business and renting out my apartments more than 4 years, which I advertise on social networks, and I have never had such a horrible unpleasant experience with guests before. Even more horrifying is the knowledge that I have no contact with booking and I can't contact anyone.

I have already lost the desire to do business through this site because I have nowhere to seek help with administration and protection from incorrect and aggressive guests.

Please give me an email address to which I can report a problem with guests and instructions on how to cancel the business and contract.
