Illegal listing of my property

my property is listed under a different name by somebody else and despite chasing booking.com via the extranet inbox to have it removed I seem to get a scripted message everytime I follow up:

"We have forwarded your message to a specialist on this topic. They generally respond within 2 days. Nothing else is needed from you in the meantime."


Awful experience, anybody else have had this experience? any advice?

Depending on how long ago it was, simply wait, then after 4 days retry phone.


In mean time see what document you have to prove it is your property.
