I received an email to notify me to pay an invoice which I never opened my home since March 2021 until this time because of covid. Why do I receive such invoice? How?
It is so hard to communicate on the site. I tried calling the number, no one answered.
I closed the calendar for a year so no one can book. Now I don't see the calendar anymore.
I am so frustrated, every time I click on something it will prompt me again to sign in.
So now I decided to unlist my property. It is no longer safe to receive any booking. One thing more, I am moving out. Down sizing is the option. My account with booking.com is inactive anyway. I would appreciate if someone in the admin will remove my listings. Thank you
