hello everybody, you have sent me an  invoice number ***, the accommodation ID is ***, but the customer did not showed up. Pls can you revise it?

You have posted this on the Partner forum so we are unable to help with a problem regarding a particular booking.  You need to email booking.com help team by using the Inbox icon on Extranet.  Did you mark the booking as 'No show'?

Hi Judith,

 

Reminder you are addressing partners and not direct line to BdC Support nor finance teams.

 

Please don't post guest info as per the guidelines.

 

Simply go to Extranet, Inbox, Booking.com Messages, click on See Contact options, on right pane.

Select message and the drop down category, enter the booking number and add a note for the action to be taken.
