Issue a Letter to state that the amount paid for booking is not refundable to get a visa!

Dear people,

Since i'm new to booking.com, can someone help me with this? I have a customer from Jordan and he requested from me to issue a letter that says the money he will pay to book will not be refundable in order to get a visa from the Embassy. Who will have to issue such a letter? Me or booking.com?

Hi there,

This does sound a bit suspicious.

My suggestion would be to tell him to download the confirmation letter from Booking.com or even to take screen shots. IF he booked on the non-refundable policy, then it should show on the booking. Then you don't have to write anything as it's stating officially on the website.

I wouldn't get involved with that, it does sound a little bit sketchy.
